Purchases & Refunds

Processing time depends on payments method. If it's taking to long, please contact us using Contact page explaining your situation.
If you want to get a refund, just contact us using Contact page. A person will contact you as soon as possible.
If you have a coupon code you can use it at the checkout page.

Making Courses

To change your account name:
1.- Go to the upper right corner and click "profile" icon.
2.- Click on "Settings" tab.
3.- Change "Name", "Last Name", "Nickname", and choose how you want to get displayed publicly.
4.- Click "Save Changes"
You can unsubscribe from e-mail clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each mail.
To change your account name:
1.- Go to the upper right corner and click "profile" icon.
2.- Click on "Settings" tab.
3.- Click on "Password" tab.
4.- Enter Old Password, New Password, Confirmation Password.
4.- Click "Save Changes"
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to [email protected]
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
